Introduction

This quality assurance training was created to provide entrepreneurs with relevant information about the authorized standards for offering goods and services, particularly in product development, certification, and presentation.

Learning Outcomes

The intended learning outcomes are:

1. Demonstrate understanding of key sections/regulations/rules of the Standards Act No. 4 of 1999.
2. Determine improvement in quality standards of goods and services by application of key sections/regulations/rules of the Standards Act.
3. Create a quality assurance plan to reflect, restart and revitalize the business’ quality management.
